The Ocean Course is an iconic public golf course! We suggest making reservations early, as tee times will go quickly for the weekend. Tee times can be booked via link below. Visit the Ryder Cup Bar (843-266-4085) to celebrate a great round on the course or the Atlantic Room (843-266-4085) for a meal during your stay.

In addition, its located walking distance from the Andell Inn.
The Sanctuary at the Kiawah Island Resort is known for its golfing but there so many other things to offer! Including tennis courts, spa, gourmet restaurants, shopping, pools, beach access, bike trails, kayaking, and guided tours of the island. Some of these activities are open to hotel guests only. We love to go to the hotel Lobby Bar for their fantastic cocktails and light bites. In addition, there are three restaurant options at The Sanctuary (The Jasmine Porch, The Ocean Room, Loggerhead Grill).

As you are coming on and off the island, you may notice a gas station by the front gate. Past the Exxon, and down Beachwalker Drive you will find the entrance to the public beach! Snacks, drinks, and other beach necessities available for sale at the Exxon. You can also rent beach chairs and umbrellas through Island Beach Services (https://islandbeachservices.com/). They will take your information and drop off the requested number of chairs or umbrellas at your specified location!
