What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is Black Tie attire. The welcome party is Coastal Cocktail (guys- khakis, jackets; ladies - summer cocktail dresses) Most of these events will take place outside, weather permitting, so ladies may want to consider block heels. We cant wait to see everyone looking their best!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony a few minutes early, if you are driving yourself. If you are taking our provided transportation, please make sure you are ready at the designated time at your pickup location.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love children, but we want you to take a night off! We have chosen to make this an adults-only celebration. If you need some suggested baby-sitting services on the island, please let us know.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will provide transportation from both hotels, and designated pickup areas on the island for our guests staying in home rentals. We ask that you provide your accommodations information on your RSVP so we can ensure we provide transportation for all guests.

How do I get to and from the Welcome Party?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to the Ocean Course from a few common pickup areas + the Andell Inn. Please check back here as we approach the wedding for details on the pickup spots/times for the welcome party! This transportation will also take guests home at the end of the evening. If you are staying at The Sanctuary, they provide shuttles to and from the Ocean Course, but you are also welcome to use our provided transportation.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

All guests are welcome to join our Welcome Party at The Ocean Course on Saturday night.

Is there parking available at both wedding events?

Answer

Yes! If you choose to drive to the Welcome Party at The Ocean Course or Wedding at The River Course, there is plenty of free parking available at both locations.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please email rodriguerotkowedding@gmail.com or note on your RSVP card if you have any dietary restrictions.

How do I get home?

Answer

Transportation will be provided back to the hotels, designated drop off areas, and to the after party if you want to keep the party going!
