Welcome Party

4:00 pm - 7:30 pm

This is a casual welcome party set at a gorgeous picnic area in a park with lovely views of the golden hills. We recommend comfortable attire and footwear- the kind that you can play yard games in- because we will have everything from croquet to cornhole to spikeball set up. If you are local, feel free to bring your favorite yard game! We have ordered Homeroom Mac and Cheese catering (get excited Bay Area people!), but will also be providing some lighter, greener fare. 4PM can feel rather early for a heavy dinner meal so we encourage you to make plans for afterward with other guests you know for dinner.

Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

A shuttle is arranged from and to the Embassy Suites Walnut Creek. First pickup is at 2:45 sharp Second pickup is at 3:30 3 hourly drop off options are available at 7:30, 8:30, and 9:30 Masks will be required during the 20 minute ride.
