Welcome Party

Our out-of-town guests are invited to come have drinks and desserts with us! We would love to spend time with you and kick off the weekend together. Dinner will not be served so please plan accordingly.

Shuttle to Wedding

3:30 pm

We are providing complimentary shuttles for all guests to and from the wedding venue. We are asking our Colorado guests and extended family members to use the shuttles as well. Please RSVP so we have a headcount. Please do not make plans to drive to the venue without speaking to the bride or groom. There is limited parking at North Star Gatherings, and you may not leave vehicles overnight at the venue. Ubers are not available in the area. The road leading up to the wedding venue is a steep, unpaved road with switchbacks. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the shuttles, especially those who plan to drink. Shuttles will return guests to the pick up locations. The first shuttles will be available at 8:30pm. End of night shuttles will leave around 10:30pm.
