SHUTTLE INFORMATION FOR GUESTS & BRIDAL PARTY

FRIDAY - REHEARSAL DINNER AND/OR WELCOME PARTY Wedding guests staying at Doubletree and going to our Welcome Party (NOT the rehearsal dinner): - shuttle coming at 7:30pm to bring guests to Welcome Party at NY Kitchen - shuttle will bring guests from NY Kitchen back to Doubletree at 10pm Bridal Party: Shuttle leaving for church (rehearsal) at 3pm from Doubletree and then from the church to the dinner at NY Kitchen (which automatically rolls into the Welcome Party) *if this interferes with your check in time, we can call and ask about early check-ins *your dates can come to the church in the shuttle also or drive separately SATURDAY - WEDDING DAY Guests will drive to the church (ceremony) and back to the hotel. Wedding guests staying at Doubletree THREE SHUTTLES ARE LEAVING AT 4:15pm — First Student School Buses to take you to the reception at the Wedding Barn. Cocktail hour starts at 4:30pm Bridal Party — wedding day schedule coming separately! XOXO

The DoubleTree by Hilton

For those travelling, we have secured this hotel block for your convenience at a rate of $119/night only 15 minutes from our reception venue! Transportation will be provided to and from the reception so you do not have to worry about enjoying the open bar. Transportation will not be provided to and from the ceremony. Hotel

The Lake House on Canandaigua

Our hotel block is NOT at this location but we wanted to provide an alternative suggestion for those travelling looking to create a mini-getaway on the lake! This brand new luxury hotel is located on the same property as the rehearsal dinner (NY Kitchen) and will be the "getting ready" location for the bridesmaids. Rooms are limited here and we do not have a designated block however you do get a discount of 10% off your stay via phone reservations mentioning our wedding. Discount is applied at checkout. The bride and groom will be staying here the night of the wedding as well as their families. Can't wait to see you all soon!
