Non-military guests, NO LATER THAN August 23. Why: Our venue is on a military base. If you are not active-duty military (or other military-affiliated with base access), we are required to submit your name to base security to be background checked and added to an access list for the day. They are asking for the list two months in advance so they can process everyone's background check in time. An early RSVP date gives us a chance to send you an email with the background check enrollment link, gives you a chance to fill that out, and still allows time for us to send that final list to security.
We will be distributing a map with directions from the base's main gate to the venue. Keep in mind not all Taxis or ride share services are allowed on base. The wedding ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

Our venue has a limited capacity, so please only bring a guest or child if included on your invitation. We love your littles, but we highly encourage you to find a sitter for this evening.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, there will be a gifts table at the reception. For larger/bulky items, feel free to reach out to us for shipping information.
Please plan to arrive at LEAST 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time. Plan for possible delays at the base gate as it will be a working day for military members. We'd love to have you in your seats for a prompt 5:00pm ceremony.
The reception will end at 10:30 pm. Why: The venue has limited hours and we will be charged a fee for overstaying.
No. After the ceremony, please feel free to transition to the adjacent reception room for cocktail hour.
This will be an unplugged event. We would prefer to have you present with us for our celebration, so please keep your phones off and cameras at home. We have hired professionals to document this day for us. You are invited because we want to enjoy this experience with you, and we'd rather look back at pictures of us all celebrating, not pictures of everyone with their phones out!
