When is the wedding?

Where is the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both take place at Peacful Valley Ranch, located at 475 Peaceful Valley Rd, Lyons, CO 80540. More details, including lodging and directions, can be found on the “Travel” page.

What should I wear?
Answer
Dressy but comfortable! Suits, dresses, or nice separates are great. Bring a layer for cooler mountain weather and wear shoes that work well outdoors.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving around 12:30PM to allow time for seating and to take it all in!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If you are planning to bring a plus one, please RSVP as soon as possible so we can make accommodations for them!

No problem! Let us know when you RSVP and we’ll make sure you’re well taken care of.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
While the ceremony and reception will both take place indoors, please note that there will be a brief walk outside between the two sites.

We’ll miss you, but we totally understand! Just let us know by the RSVP deadline so we can plan accordingly.

What’s the weather usually like this time of year?
Answer
Early September in Lyons, Colorado is usually warm during the day and cool in the evenings. On September 6, you can expect highs in the upper 70s and lows in the low 50s. Rain is unlikely, but it’s always smart to bring a light layer just in case—especially for the cooler mountain evenings.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The open bar will start around 3:00PM. We’ll be serving up your favorite drinks all night long.
