Dressy but comfortable! Suits, dresses, or nice separates are great. Bring a layer for cooler mountain weather and wear shoes that work well outdoors.

Event Timeline We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Here’s what to expect throughout the day: 1:00 PM – Shuttle Departure Please arrive early to catch the shuttle up the mountain to the ceremony site. You can walk to the ceremony site, but it is about a mile hike up a hill. 1:30 PM – Guest Arrival & Seating Settle in and enjoy the views as we prepare for the ceremony. 2:00 PM – Ceremony Join us as we exchange vows surrounded by the beauty of the mountains. 3:00 PM – Shuttle to Reception Shuttles will return guests to the reception area after the ceremony. 3:30 PM – Cocktail Hour Enjoy drinks and light bites while we take some photos. 5:00 PM – Dinner & Reception Dinner will be served, followed by heartfelt toasts, dancing, and celebration! 7:30 PM – Cake & Desserts Sweeten the evening with cake and treats. 9:00 PM – Last Dance Help us close out the night on the dance floor!
