We can't wait to see everyone! Due to likelihood of thunderstorms, we are moving the welcome festivities to the Sierra Cafe patio. Instead of being poolside, we'll be overlooking the pool! We'll still be outside with fire pits for s'mores. Since we're now in the main part of the hotel, we can keep the fun going to 10pm!

Scenic Hike

Thinking about an easy fun scenic hike on Friday AM. Only 1.2 miles on a fire road, not strenuous, to one of the best views of Tahoe. Only 8 min drive from Hyatt. Details: Park at either lot (upper or lower), then walk up the path along the "Lodgepole" chair lift, then cut back right toward Snowflake Lodge. Feel free to come dressed Black Tie if you like! Ceremony is at the Water Gardens, which is near the main pool area. Cocktails, dinner and dancing at the Lakeside Ballroom, which is about a 10 minute walk from the ceremony down to the lake. Please plan accordingly with tote/wrap/shoes.

Saturday Brunch Lakeside

Brunch will be served box-lunch style, extremely casual. There will be a no-host bar set up with Bloody Marys, mimosas, and craft beers available - however it is credit-card only for payment (no room charges). You must choose your brunch option in advance. Also please note that all brunches will be made (and paid) to order, so please do not no-show on us once confirmed :) Location is the Cottage Green (adjacent to the Lakeside Ballroom wedding venue), which is the lawn next to the Hyatt's beach. So bring your beach-ready self (towels, chairs, swimsuit, sunscreen) in order to take advantage of the Hyatt's private beach.
Catamaran Cruise

We have private-chartered the Hyatt's catamaran, which departs from the hotel pier. We have currently 43 RSVPs for 49 available slots, so it will be great! *We need your name on the manifest for boarding* The ship's crew will be offering a selection of appetizers and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please make sure to RSVP if you are planning to join! We hope you do! Expect temps around 70 or just below, and it will be breezy on the boat, so bring a jacket.
