If you're looking for live oak trees and classic outdoor scenery near the waterway, walk through Airlie Gardens. After paying a small fee to enter, the gardens offer walking trails and scenic views. Our wedding ceremony will take place at the historic Episcopal chapel, Lebanon Chapel, on the garden grounds.
As our neighborhood brewery, this is our favorite spot for an evening bev and a guaranteed tasty food truck! Clark loves the treats behind the bar.
A great spot for dinner, live music, and a patio beer under a classic southeast live oak- we recommend the sweet heat pizza, fried oyster bites, and tropical lightening IPA.
One of our favorite places to walk Clark- especially at sunset. Fortunately, the wedding weekend is outside of WB's "dog free" window so pets are allowed on the beach! This is a great spot to enjoy ocean and marsh views.
A great spot to grab a coffee by the water if you're staying on or near the beach!
In downtown Wilmington, this was the location of our (official) first date. We love their open outdoor seating and variety of food trucks. We were recently told that they host a pumpkin patch through the month of October and will have a movie playing on Friday night!
Part two of our first date and a great spot to hang outside with a group!
Our go-to outdoor recreation spot on a Saturday or Sunday morning- the dog-friendly Carolina Beach State Park features a great network of trails and Venus Flytraps!
Looking for a taste of Eastern NC BBQ while in town? Moe's is located close to the wedding day events
