Mount Pisgah Arboretum
Hiking and chill walking through educational native plant trails. There is an intense hike up to the top of Mount Pisgah, but also a lot of flat marshland and information about mushrooms, moss and trees. There is an annual mushroom festival in October + many other events and classes throughout the year.
Spencer Butte Trailhead
1.1 mile hike - gets a little intense at the end, beautiful panoramic views of the valley and plenty of beautiful wildlife throughout the hike.
Owen Rose Garden
Beautiful rose garden on the Willamette River Path - great place to go for a casual walk - there are community gardens and a giant cherry tree.
Rhododendron Garden
Beautiful native plant garden featuring Rhododendrons which are native to Oregon. Also an interesting neighborhood with winding roads and extravagant mid mod homes.
