Our dress code is “Something Old” semi-formal. We request your attire be something you already own, thrifted, rented, or borrowed from a friend, to reduce the environmental impacts of fast fashion. That’s right, this is your opportunity to rewear! The ceremony will be held on the lawn (weather depending) so stiletto heels are not recommended.
Great question! Think of 'semi-formal' as dressy but relaxed. A suit or suit separates (ties optional), slacks and a button-up, dresses with any length skirt, or even jumpsuits are all great choices. Please no denim or shorts. For those wearing dresses, please avoid shades of white, including ivory, cream, or champagne. We love your kids! However, we respectfully ask that no children under 10 attend the ceremony and reception. All children are welcome at the welcome party. Enjoy your date night!
Claire and Cole have secured a shuttle for the day of the wedding. The shuttle will depart from the Hilton Garden Inn in Wenatchee (time TBD), and then make return stops at both the after-party venue and the hotel, so it’s the most convenient option whether you’ll turn in early or stay out late! See the 'travel' tab for more information. Parking is plentiful if you won’t be drinking and prefer to drive. Please note that ride shares and taxis are hard to come by in the valley. No transportation will be provided for the welcome party. If drinking at the welcome party, please do so responsibly and don’t drive while intoxicated. Have a designated driver or be prepared to wait for a taxi.
No, however the provided shuttle to the wedding will be from the Hilton Garden Inn only. We recommend this option, as it's the most convenient. Please see our “travel” tab for a link to book. The Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Hilton and is a good alternative.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 pm. We recommend arriving no later than 2:45 pm to have time to settle in and find your seat.
