Where should I stay?

Answer

We have room blocks at 3 different hotels in the downtown area. Check out our travel page for more information! If you prefer to rent an Air BnB or VRBO, there are options in the area, but we recommend booking sooner rather than later as those tend to book quick and far in advance! There are many other hotel options available around the KC metro area that are outside of our room block. We appreciate you traveling to join us, and encourage you to choose lodging that accommodates you and your budget!

Will there be transportation provided to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, we want to make sure everyone has a safe and fun night out (: There will be shuttles to transport guests to the venue before the ceremony and from the venue after the reception. See travel page for more details!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love you and your family, but we have chosen to make our wedding day an adults-only celebration. If your children are not included on your invitation or RSVP, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening. We hope you understand and can celebrate with us. Raise a glass and enjoy a night out on us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations and budget, only those specified on your invitation can be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you need a car to get around downtown KC?

Answer

Our hotels are within walking distance of stops for the Kansas City Streetcar. The streetcar is free, and can take you to many different parts of the city! If you want to explore the River Market area, Power & Light, Midtown, or even the Plaza, the streetcar is a great means of transportation if you don't want to have to worry about driving downtown!
