We're getting married!

We had known each other for close to 10 years, and with mutual friends, had a few random run-ins. However, we never really had a chance to get to know each other. Claire was in Washington one night and was determined to go out downtown. She somewhat aimlessly walked in the pouring down rain to meet up with whoever she encountered as it had been awhile since she had been out in her home town. That night Ben was also out with his friends. We re-met, and the connection was almost instant. We agree that neither one of us have ever felt something so strong and natural. We knew we had something special and spent little time away from each other following that rainy night!
