Our wedding will take place on Satuday, April 5th, 2025 from 5:00-10:00pm. Doors will open at 4:45pm
Our venue will be the Citrus Club, in downtown Orlando. Located on the 18th floor, the views are breathtaking across the city! The address is 255 S Orange Ave, 18th floor, Orlando, FL.
We are asking that our guests dress in "cocktail attire" meaning fun dresses & jumpsuits, dress pants, shirts, and ties. Suit jackets are welcome, but are not required!
While we love your little ones, this is an adult wedding with the exception of the wedding party.
The Citrus Club offers 5 floors of covered parking with direct access to building elevators. Enter the parking garage via the ramp on Jackson Street. Take a ticket at the top of the ramp. After parking, use the elevator to reach the 18th floor. The parking is on us! Please bring your ticket with you to be validated by the Citrus Club. Otherwise it is $10/night payable by credit card upon exit.
Yes, you can take an Uber or walk directly to the building entrance on Orange Avenue. The Citrus Club's address is 255 S Orange Ave STE 1800, Orlando, FL. Enter through the lobby & take the elevator to the 18th floor.
We ask that you RSVP by 2/14/25. Please note that our hotel blocks will close on 2/28/25 (Embassy Suites) and 3/05/25 (ALoft).
Yes, our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be fully indoors!
Doors will open at 4:45pm. We are asking that all guests arrive no later than 5:00pm. The ceremony will begin shortly thereafter. If you miss the window to enter the ceremony space, you will need to wait in the foyer until the ceremony ends..
After our ceremony, guests will be invited to the Citrus Club's Lounge for cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres and an open bar. After cocktail hour, we will move to the ballroom for a plated dinner, open bar, wine service, music & dancing, cake, and more!
There will be a cocktail hour in the Lounge with passed hors-d'oeuvres and open bar between the ceremony and the reception. The Lounge area offers different types of seating in a relaxed and fun environment.
Yes, our venue will have a fully vegetarian dinner option and some vegetarian hors-d'oeuvres. Please be sure to indicate that choice on your RSVP.
All of the non-vegetarian entree options are gluten-free (GF). You can request a GF version of the vegetarian entree on your RSVP.
All 4 of our entree choices can be made without dairy. Please indicate that you would like daity-free on your RSVP meal selection.
We welcome you taking pictures throughout the wedding, with the exception of the ceremony. We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. Feel free to post pictures on the day or in the days after the wedding.
Yes, we have a hotel block at the Embassy Suites Downtown Orlando and the ALoft Downtown Orlando. Please see the "Hotels" tab for more details. Orlando has many great hotels & airbnb options. If you are traveling from out of town and want some help, please let us know.
Typically, Orlando is beautiful and warm in April. We usually expect temperatures in the high 70's-mid 80's Fahrenheit (avg 28 degrees Celsius). It is wise to be prepared for brief showers during this time of the year.
The theme park hotels are approximately 30-40 minute drive to the venue It's a relatively easy drive or your could Uber/Lyft to the venue.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, for those who have expressed interest in giving, we've created a small registry and a honeymoon travel fund. Please see the "Registry" tab for more information.
