Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country

The Hyatt is the primary recommended lodging for our guests and is the only hotel where we have secured a room block. The room block is reserved from Thursday night through Sunday night at a discounted rate ($270/night). To book or modify your reservation, please click the link below. Travel Note

TRANSPORTATION

Flying In? If you are hoping to fly non-stop, the best options to accommodate your travel needs are the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and the Oakland International Airport (OAK). Both airports are 1 hour to 1.5 hours from the Hyatt. With the time needed to rent a car and the possibility of heavy Friday afternoon traffic, we highly recommend flying in on Thursday if you are planning to attend the Welcome Event on Friday evening (which you should!). Alternatively, there is also the Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport (STS) which is only 10 minutes from the Hyatt but is unlikely to have any nonstop options. Renting a Car While transportation between the Hyatt and the wedding venue will be provided (and highly encouraged) on Saturday, there is so much to see and do in Sonoma County during your stay. With this, we are also recommending that guests who are flying in rent a car.

(Please note that we have not made any reservations for the below options) Courtyard by Marriott Santa Rosa Benefits: Directly next door to the Hyatt where shuttles will be provided ; may be preferable for Marriott members. Rohnert Park* Benefits: Hotels in Rohnert Park are generally more affordable ; equidistant to wedding events *If you do decide to stay in Rohnert Park, please let us know — if enough guests book in Rohnert Park, we may consider adding a shuttle route. AirBnB AirBnB can be a great option for an immersive Wine Country experience, especially for those who are planning for an extended stay or those who are booking as a large group. Recommended locations are Sebastopol, Graton (where we live!), and Santa Rosa.
