We do not want anyone to feel uncomfortable traveling and/or attending the wedding if they are worried about COVID. Please do what is best for you and your family. We want you to be safe and healthy.
It's hard to say what will happen five months from now. We already down sized our day. Although the venue is considered and outdoor venue, they are not able to operate at full capacity during this time. If things do not improve by May, we will still have an intimate wedding with our immediate family, but save the big celebration for a later date when we can enjoy it with all of our family and friends. We have high hopes that enough vaccines will be distributed and everyone will continue to mask and social distance so that we can share our day with you.
You won't be charged for the room until you check in. You can check the hotel website for the exact details of the cancelation policy. Typically its within 24-48 hours.
