Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire

Please note that all mains are served with locally grown, seasonal vegetables. Waterloo Village is prepared to begin receiving guests at 4:30 pm. Transportation to the reception from the Residence Inn / Holiday Inn will depart at the following times: 4:00pm, 4:20pm and 4:45 pm. The bus will make pickups at both hotels. Transportation will begin making trips from the reception to the hotels starting at 9:30pm and run continuously until 12:00a when the after party concludes.

After Party

10:00 pm - 11:30 pm
