Rehearsal Dinner & Volunteer Set-Up

We kindly ask that guests dress in semi formal/cocktail attire for the rehearsal dinner. Whether you choose a sharp suit, a tuxedo, or an elegant cocktail dress, we’re excited to celebrate together in style!
This dinner will take place on the day prior to the wedding on 7/31/26. We ask that ONLY members of the wedding party as well as those who are traveling with them show up for the rehearsal dinner. There will be dinner and drinks provided. If you are interested in volunteering to help us set up for the wedding and are not part of the wedding party, contact Destiny at 540-394-8617.

The entire wedding, including the ceremony and reception, is expected to last about 6 to 8 hours, from approximately 2 PM to 8 PM. Everything will take place on the same property, so there’s no need to travel between the ceremony and reception. Guests who wish to stay for the after-party are more than welcome! You’ll find more details about both the ceremony and reception in the sections below.
Ceremony

On a day as meaningful as our wedding, we want everyone not only to join us, but to feel their best while doing it. Our dress code is cocktail attire, but we invite you to wear what makes you feel confident and ready to celebrate. This can mean a tuxedo, formal gown, or the outfit that makes you feel like the most polished version of yourself, and we can’t wait to see you looking incredible!
The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, weather permitting, and is expected to last between 30 minutes to an hour. Afterward, the bride, groom, and wedding party will be taking photos for about 45 minutes. During this time, we invite our guests to enjoy the outdoor and indoor games in the barn and to explore the stunning property, which features 100 acres of private land. Feel free to relax, have fun, and take in the beautiful surroundings!
Reception

There will be dinner, non-alcoholic drinks, a coffee bar, music, and plenty of ways to celebrate! Enjoy indoor and outdoor games, a dance floor, and more as we come together for this special day. For your convenience, bathrooms are located in the house right next to the barn. No matter which family you’re part of, we hope everyone takes this time to laugh, dance, and make joyful memories together. Let’s celebrate as one big family!
