For those staying at Ridgeline Hotel in Estes Park, we're providing a trolley to and from the venue so all you have to worry about is having a good time. Pick up time at the hotel is 4:00 PM. Pick up time at the Lodge is 10:00 PM.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Our ceremony will be held in a quiet meadow behind the Lodge promptly at 5:00 PM. Please arrive at the venue between 4:30 - 4:45 PM to get settled.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Enjoy good company & games like corn hole and giant Jenga. Appetizers will include crispy chicken & vegetable potstickers, Boursin and Swiss cheese stuffed mushroom caps, and house made hummus.
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Dig into first course kale salad with warm bread & butter. Dinner service will include two entrées: crispy butternut squash ravioli and slow cooked Colorado beef pot roast. Side options will include smashed, skin-on potatoes with garlic and braised beets with lemon & spices.
7:30 pm - 8:15 pm
Guests will be escorted to River Deck for the couple's first dance followed by father-daughter and mother-son dances.
8:15 pm - 10:00 pm
