Buses will depart on time. Please meet them outside your hotel (Graduate and Jefferson), look for the Kasper/Montgomery sign. For the Courtyard Downtown, they will pick up and drop off on 14th St. They will make returns at 10:00 PM and 11:30 PM. The Graduate - 6:00 PM Courtyard Downtown - 6:15 PM The Jefferson - 6:15 PM
Flight
The Richmond International Airport (RIC) is the best option for guests that are flying to town. The airport is about a 20-minute drive to downtown.
Train
We've taken Amtrak a number of times - it is a great option for those traveling from the D.C. area. There are two stations in Richmond; Staples Mill Station, which is about 15-minutes from downtown and Main Street Station, which is located downtown.
