We'd suggest any guests travelling to the area to spend the two nights either side of Wedding in Warrenpoint or Rostrevor e.g. Tuesday until Thursday. Then move to Newcastle for the Thursday and Friday nights. Below we have listed some recommended hotels but there are lots in the area including B&Bs and self catering accommodation.

Travel Note

Flying to Ireland

Dublin airport is best option for travelling to Ireland and lots of US cities have direct flights. From there you can rent a car or there is regular buses to Newry City. Bus number X1 with Translink runs hourly throughout the day, less frequent during night hours.

On Wedding day

On the day of the wedding a bus will be available to bring guests from Warrenpoint, Rostrevor and Hilltown to the Church. After the ceremony the bus will bring guests from the Church to the Reception Venue. At the end of the night it will bring you back. If you would like to be counted in for any or all of these please let either of us know. Check back here closer to the date for bus timings.
