The ceremony and cocktail hour are both outdoors, the reception is indoors.

Can I bring my children?

Is there transportation provided between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle service. There is also parking lots for both the ceremony and reception.

What is the elevation of the wedding deck?

Answer

It is 10,000ft of elevation! We highly recommend you stay hydrated during your weekend in the mountains.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but due to space constraints, only those whose invitations specifically say “and guest” will have a plus-one. Thank you for understanding, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are there other towns outside of Vail where we can stay?

Answer

Yes! In addition to Vail, nearby towns such as Avon (10 minutes), Edwards (15 minutes), and Eagle (30 minutes) offer a variety of lodging options and are all within a short drive of the wedding events.
