Western Welcome Drinks

If you’re in town early, come say hello! We’ll be kicking off the wedding weekend with a casual meet-up at a local bar the night before the big day. There’s no formal event or hosted tab—just a chance to grab a drink, say hi, and spend some time together before the celebration. Feel free to grab dinner or small bites while you’re there. We’ll plan to arrive around 7:00 PM and would love to see you if you’re able to stop by! We’ll be coming from our rehearsal dinner in mountain western attire, so feel free to throw on your boots and join the vibe if you’d like!

Ceremony

Semi-Formal Polished mountain chic — cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or suits. Please choose comfortable shoes for the gondola ride and outdoor ceremony, and bring a wrap or jacket for cooler mountain weather.
Holy Cross Wedding deck is perched at the top of Vail Mountain, in Lionshead. Accessible by Eagle Bahn Gondola. Please start heading to the Gondola at 2:30/2:45. The Ceremony will start at 3:15pm!
Reception
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

After the ceremony take your time heading down to the village and enjoy the views! Grab a drink at the bar deck or somewhere in the village before the shuttles arrive. :) We will be providing shuttle service from the base of Lionshead to the reception. The shuttle will arrive at 4:30pm. If you prefer to drive, parking is available at the venue.
