Flying into Mexico
Hello! I know there has been some questions about travel to Mexico from the US. You will need your passport and you will fill out an immigration form. In the past, flying out of the country, the airline usually passes them out before the plane lands, but just in case, I want to add the link here so you can complete it online and print it out to bring with you for reassurance. In the link, you would go to the By Land tab, check the box that says you agree that you have read and understand the terms and conditions, and then the form will show up for you to fill out. A visa is only required if you plan on staying more than 180 days.

Airport Shuttle
There is a complimentary Airport shuttle to take you from the airport to the resort and resort to the airport if you book 4+ nights. The Resort is about 25 minutes from the airport. If staying 3 nights only, the shuttle can still be used. There would just be a fee and you would want to schedule that transport, as well. The fee for the roundtrip shared resort shuttle is $26 per person. You can use the link or email transfercancun@palaceresorts.com. You want to book it earlier than 2 weeks before arrival. If your transfer is required within less than 48 hours to arrival, please contact them by phone at +52 998-193-1996 during offce hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Cancun EST UTC-0500 Time.
