Doolin, the location for the wedding, is a village in County Clare and is located on the West coast of Ireland. The West of Ireland offers an abundance of culture, history and nature along with vibrant towns, beautiful coastlines and islands. We recommend exploring the West coast by travelling North towards County Galway or South towards County Kerry and County Cork. County Dublin, with Ireland's capital city, is a 3 hour drive across to the East and is easily accessible by motorway. From Dublin, you also have the options of a 2 hour drive to Belfast, the capital city of Northern Ireland and to the spectacular Giants Causeway in County Antrim. Below is a list of some recommended activities and areas to visit during your stay in Ireland.

County Kerry is a 2 hour drive from County Clare. You can also get to Kerry by ferry from Killimer, County Clare to Tarbert County Kerry. The ferry service runs on the hour, every hour from Monday - Saturday (7 am - 9 pm).
