FAQs - COVID

Question

COVID-19, what's that about?

Answer

Terra Mia has informed us of specific policies they will be enforcing to ensure the safety of guests. Prior to entry, you will have your temperature taken and will be required to sign a release of liability form for the venue. During the event, venue staff will be continually cleaning and disinfecting facilities. All vendors in attendance, including venue staff, caterer, photographer, etc., will be required to wear masks. The entire event will be taking place outdoors in open air. If you would like more specific information from the venue, please reach out to us.

Question

So, does that mean I have to wear a mask? What about social distancing?

Answer

For the safety of our guests who may be at heightened risk from COVID, we will be requiring that all guests wear masks during the ceremony. We will be providing as much space as the venue will allow between tables during dinner to help ensure proper social distancing. That being said, during the reception (drinking, dancing, general camaraderie) we will not require guests to don their masks. We do encourage social distancing and recommend that you keep any close contact between you and your travel group. If the dance floor gets too crowded for you, you best believe we expect you to cupid shuffle wherever you are!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We request your RSVP by October 16th.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive prior to 3:00 pm to allow adequate time to comply with venue-specific COVID protocols and make it to your seat.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love runnin' around with the kiddos, we request our event be an adults-only affair.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We know of guests who are gluten-free and guests with peanut allergies. Please reach out to us if you have any dietary restrictions so that we may pass that information onto our caterer.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a designated parking area at the venue and there will be attendants to direct you when you arrive.
