Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only. We encourage you to use this as a date night to have some fun!

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a semi-formal event and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! For women, this includes semi-formal midi or full length dresses. For men, suits would be appropriate. Please feel free to wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors in the glass pavilion at The Clubhouse. If the weather is appropriate, the siding will be open during the ceremony. The cocktail hour will be outdoors and indoors, while the reception will be indoors.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP as soon as you would like! Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by April 1st, 2026. This will allow us to communicate to our vendors a correct amount prior to the wedding.

Where should I stay?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with hotels near the venue that you may book with for the night. This will be located under the Travel page with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4:30pm. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 4pm to ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

If you prefer, you are more than welcome to drive yourselves and park at the venue. If you are looking to avoid having a vehicle at the venue, we will have a charter bus shuttling guests to and from the hotels listed on the Travel page. There are also Ubers and Lyfts available in the area.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer, Taylor Dafforn, and she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We do kindly request that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Please feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony has concluded.
