Yeehaw! We're gettin' hitched!

Let's take it back to the year 2016. Hannah took a little summer trip to visit her cousin (slash M.O.H., slash Cupid), Ella, in Fort Collins. There was a lot riding on this time together as Hannah was meeting Ella's new boyfriend (and future husband AND Ben's best man!), Drew, for the first time. Lots of fun and giggling took place during this first encounter. Eventually, an ice cream run was a part of the night's agenda. Hannah, Ella, and Drew were chatting and wandering through the aisles of King Soopers when they bumped into one of Drew's besties and roommate at the time, Ben. Some chatting took place and as the 3 were leaving, Hannah asked in the coyest way possible "who was that?". ;) Fast forward to 2018: No progress made on the Ben and Hannah front. Just two passing ships in the night...states away... However, both of them were in Ella and Drew's bridal party at their summer wedding where a few flirtatious words (by Ben, obviously) were exchanged. Slight heart sparkles on Hannah's end. Summer of 2019: Hannah spent the summer in her aunt and uncle's basement in Fort Collins. BEST. SUMMER. EVER. Lots of Drew-and-Ella-time, which meant lots of time with Drew's best bud: cute, single Ben. You can imagine the encouragement received from all of the spectators. Friends. Family. You name it. After a few weeks and lots of hangs, Hannah mustered up the courage (or maybe it was just a text typed out by Ella - hard to say) to ask Ben on a date to a brewery. One date that summer turned into two! Fun, easy, and thrilling. Buuuuuuuut, Hannah left to go back home to Bakersfield, CA and neither were looking for that long distance commitment... I promise, this is where things get GOOD! Summer 2021: Hannah moves to Fort Collins! Woohoo! Asks Ben out within about two weeks of living there. Ben shoots her down. Yikes. Ouch. A little too eager, maybe? New Year's Eve rolls around. Hannah and Ben had spent more time together that year as "friends". Ben has started to have a change of heart. Before they knew it, he was making it preeeeetty known he was interested in taking Hannah out on a date. Feb. 9th, 2022 - FIRST DATE. MAGICAL. BEST EVER. Ben shows up with a rose in his mouth and some tequila. AND ASKS FOR A KISS ON THE FIRST DATE! He had a lot of making up to do. Feb. 22nd, 2022 - Officially bf & gf. Hehe! Travel, meeting family, and a glorious year of dating. April 8th, 2023 - Ben and Hannah get engaged and here we are. Our story has been fun, unique, and like a fine wine - better with time. We are thrilled that YOU are a part of it too. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
