Here is a rough outline you can use to plan your trip. Please let us know if you have any questions or need help making reservations for your preferred method of travel. 1-3 June: Arrive in Lima by Air. 2-4 June: Optional time to sightsee with us in/around Lima. 4-5 June: No Later Than Travel to Jauja by Rental Car/Bus (6 Hours) or Plane (55 Minutes). 6 June: Welcome/Rehearsal Lunch. 7 June: Wedding Day! 8 June: Rest, Relax, & Recover! 9 June: Join us in Shujto Valley (1 Hour from Jauja) OR... 9-11 June: Return to Lima & Fly Home. Please feel free to stay shorter or longer as your schedule and budget allow. We'll do everything we can to help make your trip memorable.

Lima's largest airport. You will have the cheapest flight here but will require you to rent a car or travel by bus to Jauja (~6 Hours).

The closest airport to the wedding location. Be aware there are NO rental car agencies at the Jauja airport. But taxis are very affordable/available. Please DO NOT book your trip directly to Juaja Airport! If you wish to fly it is better to book your main flight to Lima from the United States, then book a seperate flight from Lima to Jauja on SKY Airlines. This will ensure you get the cheapest possible fair. We can assist you in booking if you run into any issues with SKY airlines.

This is one of the largest hotels in Jauja, and it is at most a 15-minute walk from the reception. It is also closest to where taxis congregate, and they can take you to the larger city of Huancayo. This hotel is not walkable to either wedding event location and is about 15 minutes away by car. It is in a very picturesque area near Jauja but away from the city.

This hotel is more of a "local" experience and may lack some amenities you might be used to. But it is the most central hotel between the Church and Reception Hall, which is 7 minutes or less away.
