Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our wedding will be a black-tie optional event. Men are not required to wear tuxes, but if you have one - dress to the nines! Women should be in gowns, formal dresses or dressy jumpsuits.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 15th, please use the link above to respond for you and your plus 1 (if applicable)!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home or with a sitter so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a plus one marked on your RSVP page you are welcome to bring a date, but they must be RSVP'd with a name added by April 15th.

Question

Are kids invited to the welcome drinks?

Answer

We would love to see any children who have traveled to Colorado with you! When you RSVP please include this information on the Welcome Drinks event. There will not be food served at this event so plan accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM - please arrive at least 10-15 minutes beforehand so you not to disrupt the event.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the Lionsgate Event Center and guests are welcome to leave their cars there overnight for safety!

Question

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Renting a car won't be necessary for the wedding events as the hotel is only 10 minutes away. The airport is also a quick 30 minute drive or easy train ride to downtown Denver. If you plan to do activities in Denver & elsewhere you will likely want your own vehicle!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to the venue, please plan to utilize Lyft/Uber or leaving your car overnight at the venue. We will have a shuttle returning to the Westin hotel after the reception starting at 10 PM and running for 2 hours. Otherwise, feel free to utilize Uber & Lyft if you are heading elsewhere or need to leave early.

Question

The hotel block is full, what should I do?

Answer

We apologize for any booking difficulties, additional hotel suggestions have been added under the "Travel" tab - with even more available than listed nearby. Denver is 30 minutes away for those wanting to book closer to the city!

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We will request that during the ceremony, phones are put away until the bride & groom start their exit. After this, go for it!! We're excited that you are excited!

Question

I've heard about altitude sickness - can you tell me what that means?

Answer

Remember Denver (and the surrounding towns) are above sea level! For all of our guests traveling from out of state, be sure to hydrate more than you would normally (especially when there is drinking involved).

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

Please email haleyandchuck@gmail.com with any outstanding questions.
