The ceremony is the most important and meaningful part of day and we would love to have you present. We understand everyone has busy lives. If you cannot attend church and reception indicate that on the RSVP submission. No casual wear. NO jeans NO shorts. You can wear the same attire to reception and church service. If you are downtown or close to downtown, and you want to change clothes, you will have time to do so between church and reception. Sts. Yes! Reception parking is available on premise and additional parking across from the venue at baseball field stadium. The reception is close to historic district. Church- plenty of parking.

There are no spoken vows between the bride and groom. The focus is on a series of symbolic rituals and prayers conducted by the priest.

We would love to invite more guests, however, due to number of guests this is considered a large wedding and the venue has a threshold capacity of 350. Please do not bring a plus one or additional guest if they are not included. On the RSVP response if they are not included you cannot submit their name. We hope you understand. The church ceremony you can bring a plus one. Church has more capacity than venue. If you need clarity text Robin.

We kindly request no infants or young children at reception. Church ceremony is open to all.

Ken’s Creative Kitchen is the caterer. A fish and beef option, dual entrée will be served in addition to cocktail hour appetizers, oyster bar and Mediterranean dishes. The Maryland crab cake will also be part of menu. If you have dietary restrictions, vegan or vegetarian, or food allergies, please text Robin.

Black tie optional is a dress code that you can dress more formal but not the obligation. It is meant to be more elegant but its more flexible than black tie. For clarity and etiquette there are variety of websites with information. Church attire and reception attire can be the same wardrobe or you can change.

There will be non-alcohol and alcohol served. The bartenders will gladly accept gratuity.

DC 30 miles. Baltimore 31 miles. Hotels- See links under travel for room blocks. Airbnb, Vrbo is readily available, but book in advance, Annapolis is the capital and tourist destination for sailing. Suggestions: Historical District, downtown Annapolis, West Annapolis, Eastport. Weather October- Mid to high 60’s by day. 40’s/50s evenings.

While most were busy swiping for love on Match or Bumble, Robin and Chris were networking on LinkedIn. The professional goal was to establish a new FSU Alumni Club for the Eastern Shore and Annapolis. By clicking connect they were networking for happily ever after! The first business strategy meetup was at Galway Bay, the iconic Irish pub on Maryland Ave. Irish angels were resting their wings on their shoulders. Their goal is to establish the FSU Alumni Club Annapolis so they do not have to travel to DC to Walter's Sports Bar.

During a Detroit Lions game in December 2024. Amon-Ra St. Brown scored a touchdown and Robin scored a ring. Amon-Ra is Robin's favorite NFL player and Chris has been a lifelong Lions fan. Football like love is a team sport.
