Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Best dress/casual. We're not formal people and this isn't a formal wedding. We suggest whatever your best dress is. Dresses, dress pants or khaki pants with a collared shirt are great choices for a casual wedding. Sandals and shorts maybe are not.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the Ceremony we will be taking family portraits. We ask for this time to be just with our immediate family. The Reception will be later in the evening at 5:30pm.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

No, but our colors are Sage, Eucalyptus Green and Navy Blue

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes to an hours before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the show started!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free and there are parking spots on either side of the building.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We are a kid friendly party! We plan on even having a few kid activities.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If a guest canning come and you’d like to bring someone else that is fine.

Where do you recommend I stay?

Luckily we actually have a page for that! If you look in the menu (the three bars on the upper right hand corner) there is a Travel page.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

We ask you to please RSVP no later than a month prior to the wedding so we can plan accordingly. Guests can RSVP through our website.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a buffet of appetizers and cookies.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Unfortunately no, guests will have to find their own transportation.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes and no. During the Ceremony we ask you to refrain from taking photos so our photographer can capture the best shots. After the Ceremony, absolutely! We encourage guests to post pictures to their social medias, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #MandCWedding23 so we can see all of your pictures!
