Where is Rondele Ranch?
Answer
8959 Co Hwy K, Harshaw, WI 54529 Rondele Ranch is located in the town of Harshaw, just outside of Minocqua, Rhinelander, and Tomahawk (the more well-known towns). The reason we chose Rondele Ranch for our wedding is that Harshaw has been a second home to the Chris' family for decades and it's our absolute favorite place to be. Many of you may be familiar with Camp LoPinto from past visits. We were lucky to stumble upon this wedding venue in Harshaw and knew it was the place.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire is graciously requested. Suits, dresses, jacket with slacks, gowns, shirts with tie, etc. Perhaps leave the jeans at home for this one. You are all going to look great, we know it. As for Friday and Sunday, please come as you are.

What time should we arrive at the wedding venue on Saturday?

Is the wedding child-friendly?
Answer
Absolutely! There is so much for kids to see and do in the Northwoods and the wedding venue encourages families. If you have any questions about it, please email us! We will have our two year old daughter Cecelia with us, and we anticipate several guests bringing their little ones as well. It will be a great time for them, too!

Is there a gift registry?
Answer
We've opted not to create a registry, but if you'd like to graciously contribute in any way to our future as a married couple, there will be a gift table and card drop at the wedding – but please don't feel obligated!

What's up with the Welcome party?
Answer
We will be hosting a welcome gathering at the main estate house of Rondele Ranch from 6:30pm until 8:30pm for those arriving Friday evening. Brats and veggie dogs on the grill, various appetizers, and bar service – but feel free to bring whatever you'd prefer. This is a great opportunity to get acquainted with other friends and family in town before the coming ceremony and reception. What you do afterwards is completely your call. There are several parties staying in nearby cabins, Birch Lake Bar is open until 10:00PM, and Ten Point is open until 2:00AM. Just sayin'.

I'm staying a few miles outside of the nearest town. What do I need to know?
Answer
We recommend grabbing some snacks, drinks, and miscellaneous essentials for wherever you may be staying. Remember – there are no Uber Eats, DoorDash, rideshare apps, and mostly no general stores immediately nearby and definitely not after hours, so we encourage planning ahead for a worry-free weekend.

What is the best airport to fly into?
Answer
The closest commercial airports to Harshaw are O'Hare (ORD) which is about a 5.5 hour drive, and Milwaukee Mitchell (MKE) which is about a 4 hour drive. We suggest carpooling with friends/family or renting a car for the weekend. The exact address of Rondele Ranch is 8959 Co Hwy K, Harshaw, WI 54529 if you'd like to map it. There are also airports in Minneapolis (MSP) and Green Bay (GRB) that are options with decent proximity to Rondele Ranch.

What is the bar situation?
Answer
Beer, wine, soda, and two signature cocktails will be open all evening long. Everything beyond is cash bar.

What is the closest place to get emergency supplies like beer and snacks?
Answer
There is a gas station at the corner of 51 North and County K about .5 miles from Rondele Ranch that is open until 7pm every night. Your next best bet is to head towards Minocqua for more options.
