Welcome Gathering (Main Estate House)

6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Attire: Casual – come as you are

For guests arriving that Friday evening before the wedding – please come by and meet family and friends of the Bride & Groom, get acquainted, and settle in. Food and drinks will be provided, but feel free to bring whatever you like. Can't wait to see everyone! Enter and park through the main entrance of Rondele Ranch into a large asphalt parking lot. You will see a giant house to your left. That is the place. Brats and veggie dogs on the grill, plenty of food, bar at the house will be open for wine and beer all evening.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception (Lakeside Lodge)

3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Semi-Formal/Formal/Cocktail

Pre-ceremony bubbles @ 3:00PM – Ceremony @ 3:30PM – Cocktail reception @ 4PM – Dinner @ 5:30PM Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire requested. We ask that guests please arrive to the Lakeside Lodge at Rondele Ranch by 3:00pm. Enter and park through the far East gate of Rondele Ranch. This is an outdoor ceremony and will be on grass, however the reception will be on paved ground and covered. Please keep that in mind – we want you to be as comfortable as possible. This is an unplugged ceremony. Please no phones or recording. Note: There will be carts operated by Rondele Ranch staff for anyone that would like assistance getting from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

Farewell Brunch (Lakeside Lodge)

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Attire: Casual – come as you are

Come by and grab breakfast with us at the Lakeside Lodge as we all recover from and recap an amazing weekend with friends and family. Coffee, pastries, fruit, eggs, etc – you know the drill.
