Booking your Stay
Important: The wedding room rates require a minimum 3-night stay and cannot be booked online. Your stay must be reserved directly through our resort contact. Step 1: Call Barceló Hotels & Resorts to Book Call 829-956-5452 and ask for Bryan Ramirez: Let him know you are booking a room for the Christopher Perez & Leila Vargas Wedding. Step 2: If You Can’t Reach Bryan by Phone If Bryan is unavailable, please email him at SAC9.OP4@BARCELO.COM: Use the following message: "Hi, my name is _______ and I would like to book a room for Christopher Perez and Leila Vargas’s wedding. Please call me back at xxx-xxx-xxxx." Bryan will reach out to you directly to complete your reservation. There is no deposit required at the time of booking, however, you must provide your Visa or Mastercard information. The full payment amount will be charged at the time of check-in. If you choose not to use the wedding room rate, you are more than welcome to book your stay directly through the Barceló Bávaro Palace website.
