Yes, we ask that you dress in cocktail attire. Guys: Slacks, jacket, button-up shirt. Tie is optional. Girls: Cocktail dress, tea dress, midi-length dress, jumpsuit. All colors and patterns are welcome. With this being said, do NOT wear white in any capacity. ie. egg shell, champagne, beige, cream. Please avoid jeans, shorts, hats, t-shirts, and gym clothing.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, if weather permits. Please keep in mind that June in Texas can be hot.
We request that all guests put away all cell phones, cameras, and other devices during the ceremony so that you can be present in the moment. We have hired a professional photographer who will capture the moment for us. We will be sure to share the pictures with you later on. Before and after the ceremony, please feel free to use your cell phones and cameras! The bride and groom will have a link for you to attach all the fun you have captured from the night.

While Christopher and Kaitlin are both teachers and love your kids, they wanted to provide all parents a chance for a child-free evening. Yes! Christopher and Kaitlin will have an open bar with plenty of wine, beer, seltzers, and liquor.
