Our Story
From highschool...
... to college.
Fast forward to 2014, and our paths converged once again as we both enrolled at UC San Diego. It was amidst the vibrant atmosphere of campus life that our relationship truly took flight after Jasmin messaged Chris on Facebook messenger wishing him good luck during his orientation. From late-night study sessions at the library and Chris building a tower of Red Bulls, to lazy afternoons spent exploring the city and Jasmin spending an immeasurable time in thrift stores, we found joy in each other's company and discovered a shared passion for adventure. Our days were filled with laughter and love as we delved into our favorite pastimes together. Whether we were reading fantasy books together, conquering virtual worlds in video games, scaling new heights in bouldering, or simply enjoying a quiet night in with a movie and a bowl of popcorn with Hot Cheetos, every moment was cherished. In 2018, our family grew with the addition of a furry companion named Ramen. As proud paw parents, we embarked on a new chapter of our lives, embracing the joys and challenges of pet parenthood with open arms.

Throughout it all, we've supported each other in our individual pursuits and personal growth. With Chris pursuing a career in engineering and Jasmin being dedicated to helping others as a mental health therapist, we've cheered each other on every step of the way. Then, on a crisp November day in 2022, amidst the breathtaking snowy beauty of Banff, Canada, Chris surprised me with the most precious gift of all: a proposal. As we stood surrounded by nature's splendor, Chris asked Jasmin to be his partner for life, marking the beginning of our journey towards marriage. Now, as we stand on the cusp of a new chapter, we find ourselves back in Los Angeles after spending 10 years in San Diego, closer to family and filled with excitement for the future. Together, we look forward to building a life filled with love, laughter and endless adventures as we embark on the greatest adventure of all: marriage.
