How and when do I RSVP?

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive up to 30 minutes early to avoid disrupting the event!

Can I bring a plus one or children?

Answer

If you would like to bring an additional guest and do not see that option available when you RSVP, please reach out to us and we will see if we can accommodate. Please do not bring anyone who has not RSVP'd (including children) as our venue requires a strict headcount.

What is the dress attire?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal attire, but we want you to wear what is most comfortable (just no jeans)! Please avoid wearing navy blue suits, yellow dresses or white to avoid conflicting looks with the wedding party. The reception will take place in an open-air barn at the venue. It can start to get chilly at night in the mountains so please bring layers just to be safe!

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, all guests and attendees, including the bridal parties and family, are to park in the asphalted lot behind/below the barn. Overflow parking is available in designated areas but parking is not permitted on the main street, access roads or driveways on the venue or surrounding areas. If you plan on drinking alcohol at the event, please plan accordingly with either a designated driver or a local cab!

Answer

Unfortunately, Ubers, Lyfts, and ride shares are unreliable in Lake Arrowhead so we strongly suggest carpooling or coordinating with a local transportation service.
