The only time we ask anything specific of you is the ceremony itself. We ask that you wear semi-formal color thematic attire (please see the color examples in the gallery section). For the sake of group photos, please avoid busy patterns.
In lieu of a registry, we ask that you bring a pack of your preferred beverages. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Please note we are not permitting hard liquor at this event.
The chateau sleeps 32. You're welcome to join us the night before and/or the night of the ceremony. The rooms will be assigned at a later date. Some couples will share larger rooms.
In an attempt to keep the ceremony intimate, we are not permitting plus ones, or inviting children under 16.
We will be providing finger foods for Friday evening, as well as general snacks for the weekend. Brunch will be hosted by our lovely mothers. Dinner Saturday night will be a non fussy pasta and bread bar. We will have fig bars, granola, etc. for Sunday morning. You're welcome to bring snacks and drinks of your own for the weekend. Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Please note we are not permitting hard liquor at this event. If you have any food allergies we may or may not be aware of please let us know!
Since we've opted for this website, we are forgoing physical invitations. We do ask that you RSVP by September 26th. Please let us know if any of your RSVP's change!
We welcome guests to take photos during any event EXCEPT of the ceremony itself. We have hired a professional photographer, and we ask that NOBODY has their phones on during the short ceremony. We do ask that any photo that you take that includes Joanna either does not get posted online, or you cover her face with an emoji (seeing as we do not want her to have an online presence at this time). We are excited to share all the professional photos with everyone, but if you post any of her photos online, she needs to be accredited via water mark or social tag (@a_richardsonphotography) in accordance to our contract.
