Group Activities

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

In lieu of "bach" style parties we have orchestrated a friendly "battle of the sexes"-inspired night of competitions to bring the ladies together against the fellas of both sides of the families. We hope to have several group and head-to-head games to play and compete involving different skills.

Night Owl Party

We welcome everyone to tell stories, play cards, dance/be silly, or whatever makes your heart happy. We'd love the opportunity to just spend time together. Not a night owl? Feel free to head to bed! We do ask that all noisy festivities cut off at 2am so everyone can get some rest.

Set Up

1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

We will spend the afternoon hanging out, setting up the event room for dinner/reception, and finalizing plans for the balcony ceremony.

Get Ready!

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

We will start preparing food and ourselves for the ceremony/reception. The photographer will arrive at 5:30 to take "getting ready" photos and before ceremony photos. Everyone help keep Christopher from seeing Hannah in her dress before the ceremony!

Ceremony

5:30 pm

Short, phone free ceremony on the balcony of the Chateau. We are requesting everyone dresses for the occasion. If you need guidance on attire, please check the FAQ page, or feel free to reach out.

Reception

7:00 pm

There will be a pasta bar dinner in the event room for good company and good conversation. Afterwards, the cake cutting, a formal first dance on the balcony, and then a faux send off before the photographer leaves.

After Party

9:00 pm

We invite anyone who may be interested to stay up and play games, dance, party, and continue to celebrate with us! Again, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 2am so everyone can rest for early checkout.
