ICON Park
Icon Park offers a ton of experiences for the whole family (SeaLife Aquarium, Madame Tussad's Wax Museum, The Orlando EYE) as well as many restaurants and a small park area for lounging and shopping. The park is also centrally located (with free garage parking) on International Drive. I-Drive is a half mile long strength of road between Disney, Seaworld, and Universal with countless restaurants, activities (mini golf, WonderWorks, laser tag), and shopping (multiple outlet malls) which can keep anyone busy all day long.
Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant
This restaurant is Dannon's favorite restaurant on Disney property. The environment and atmosphere of the restaurant is beyond unique and unbeatable. The menu is more traditional (burgers, salads, milkshakes) but if you head over to this place, make sure you sit and truly enjoy the movie! This restaurant is inside Hollywood Studios and requires a theme park ticket for entrance. Reservation mandatory.
Biergarten Restaurant
The Biergarten Oktober Buffet has been a family favorite all of our lives. The meal is all-you-can-eat and you have the opportunity to drink a 1L beer while you watch a traditional German show. This restaurant is inside Epcot and requires a theme park ticket for entrance. Reservation mandatory.
Tony's Town Square Restaurant
Based on Lady and the Tramp, Tony's Town Square Restaurante offers a traditional Italian menu. This restaurant was the traditional final meal of the Lucia family of their annual trip and holds a sentimental place in their heart. It is also a great place to watch any parade coming down Main Street without having to fight through the crowd - just request a table on the patio for optimal viewing. This restaurant is inside the Magic Kingdom and requires a theme park ticket for entrance. Reservation mandatory.
Finnegan's Bar & Grill
This fun Irish restaurant offers the best food in the park. The food is served in huge portions and was a favorite lunch spot while Dannon and Chris worked backstage at the park. The Irish Cobb Salad and the Chicken Wings are the couple's favorite dishes. This restaurant is inside Universal Studios and requires a theme park ticket for entrance. Walk-in available.
Mythos Restaurant
The restaurant is award-winning for menu and atmosphere. The experience is a nice meal and feels totally separate from business of the rest of the park. This restaurant is inside Islands of Adventure and requires a theme park ticket for entrance. Reservation preferred.
Volcano Hot Pot & BBQ
This is a fun, all-you-can-eat dinner experience where you cook your own dinner on a Japanese grill and with an embedded hot pot on each table. Delicious and fun for all ages. Dinner pricing is about $25.00 per person.
Hot n Juicy Crawfish
This restaurant has delicious seafood marinated in a blend of hot sauces and Indian spices as well as po'boy sandwich baskets for those looking for something other than seafood. This place is a family favorite and you will be craving it long after you leave.
Café Tu Tu Tango
Cafe Tu Tu Tango features a tapas menu that contains many different flavors of cuisine. The artisan plates served have featured Mediterranean, Spanish, Asian, and Indian influences and the restaurant environment is lively and unqiue. Flamingo dancers occasionally perform through the dining rooms and a complimentary tarot reader is on hand to show you your future. The sangria is also to die for!
Colorado Fondue Company
If you have your own transportation and are willing to go a on short drive, Colorado Fondue Company is the best fondue experience we've ever had. The menu has many package options that offer multiple courses at an affordable price. The restaurant is themed like a log cabin in a ski resort and the offer more options of flavors than a traditional Melting Pot.
