Question

How do I get to the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

For our guest who will be bringing their own car, you may use Waze and just key in "Holy Land Subic, Subic Bay Freeport Zone". Better to allot 3-4 hours if you'll be coming from Manila as this should already give you enough travel time.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We encourage you to arrive at 3:00 PM as the entourage starts to line up at this time. Processional will start at exactly 3:30 PM and this will be strictly followed. It would be nice to see you all while we are having our first walk down the aisle!

Question

Is there a parking area for our cars?

Answer

Yes! There is enough free parking area within Holy Land Subic but on a first come first served basis.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Wedding Theme: Classic White Wedding Guest: Classic Modern Minimalist in the "lightest shade" of SAND, FOG, STONE / SILVER GRAY Please dress in your most stylist formal attire. There is a color palette to comply with, but we highly encourage everyone to dress appropriately. Remember that our venue can get a little chilly in the evening. Attire: Formal Gents: Coat and Tie and/or Traditional Barong, Chino's or any long collared long sleeves with slacks and dress shoes. Ladies: Formal dress of any length or a formal evening pantsuit.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are observing an "Unplugged Ceremony". Please rest your phones and cameras until we have officially tied the knot. You may take photos and videos right after we are announced as Husband and Wife. We have an amazing Photographers and Videographers to capture every moment. We promised to share it with you after the wedding.

Question

Can I invite a plus one / bring my kids / yaya / driver to your event?

Answer

As much as we'd love to invite everyone to join us in celebrating this special day, we can only accommodate a limited number of guests due to venue restrictions. We made the difficult choice to keep our wedding pretty intimate and that means we are limiting number of attendees on our wedding day. Additionally, the food is pre-ordered and prepared per head. Please be reminded that unless your name is on the final guest list, we unfortunately cannot accommodate any additional to our event. We hope that you can understand that it's nothing personal, and respect our wishes to keep our sacred event small.

Question

I already confirmed Yes to the RSVP however I cannot attend anymore due to unforeseen event. What will I do?

Answer

It would be sad for us that you can no longer attend our wedding event as we have specifically invited those who are close to our hearts. However, please do let us know as soon as possible so we can still give your allotted seat to other guest/s.

Question

Can I sit anywhere at the Reception?

Answer

No, it took us a lot of effort to finish the seating arrangement which is planned for everyone's network preference and group familiarity, so no need to worry. You will be informed of your table and seat arrangement during registration at the Reception Venue.

Question

Do you have any gift preferences?

Answer

With all that what we have, we've been truly blessed. Your presence and prayers are one of the greatest gifts. But if you desire to give nonetheless, a monetary gift is one we suggest.

Question

When is the appropriate time to leave?

Answer

It took us months to plan this wedding that everyone would hopefully enjoy. We aim to end the program at around 9:00 PM, but we have the venue until 10:00 PM so there will still be drinks and dancing after. But if you must leave early, we'd like to thank you and say goodbye before you go.

Question

Accommodation

Answer

We can't wait to share our big day with you and we have taken steps to make your stay as comfortable and as memorable as can be. Our venue, Holy Land Subic Sanctuary and Biblical Theme Park, provides a variety of rooms with a veranda overlooking nature view of century old trees, mini Lake Galilee, Holy Land stables with sheep, donkeys, ponies, etc.. Each room can accommodate 2 to 4 persons, with an 'exclusive rate' given to our Wedding Guests at Php 3,500 per night. P.S. Rooms are subject to availability, so we recommend advising as early as possible to secure your preferred accommodation. Additional beds are available. Meals are optional strictly by advance confirmation only. However, there are also ample of good restaurants outside the Holy Land and accepts food deliveries as well and picnic by the areas. Theme Park Day Tour on the next day is also included. For those who'd wish to book an accommodation, please coordinate by reaching out to 0918 938 0979 or look for Ms. Bang Santos of Holy Land on Facebook.
