Located on the east end of downtown Durham, this venue is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. What was once was a six-building textile factory, the Golden Belt complex of today now serves as a mixed use development, touting early 1900's architecture of brick and timber construction. The fully restored campus grounds are named after, the iconic Golden Belt Manufacturing Co., founded in 1887, a significant piece of Durham's industrial past.
