When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by June 15! After that date, you will be hearing from us to confirm your plans :)

Do I have a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we don’t have enough space for all of our guests to bring a guest. If we were able to extend an invitation to accommodate an additional guest on your behalf, this will be indicated when you search your name to RSVP. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. Any adult children included in your family's reservation will be noted on the RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please refer to the 'Weekend Events' page, where dress code for each night is included! Please note events will be hosted across several locations on the venue's site, and all will include grass - ladies plan shoes accordingly! Short sleeves are allowed for men, although prepare for the temperature to cool down after sundown, particularly on the water!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15 pm. Please plan to make your way to the lawn at least 15 minutes prior to this time. Enjoy music and the company of all our favorite people!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the "Hotels' page. We strongly recommend staying onsite as to limit your time away from the party!!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know when making food selections on your RSVP. Our venue is happy to accommodate all needs to ensure a delicious and safe evening. We will contact you directly if we have any further questions or concerns.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available on site at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel. From the parking lots, make your way towards the water to locate the ceremony lawn.

How do I know if I was included in the count for the boat / welcome party?

Answer

If you were able to RSVP to this event and indicated you will be attending, we can't wait to see you! If this event was unavailable at time of RSVP, we will miss you but hope you understand this event was limited by the size of the boat. There's plenty more party to have!

Where should I go to board the boat?

Answer

The welcome party sunset cruise will depart from the dock on site at the Atlantic Oceanside. Please make your way towards the ocean from the parking lots and follow the signs. If you look to your left when entering the dock area, you will see the ceremony lawn for the Big Day!

Where is the wedding party staying?

Answer

The entire wedding party will be staying at the Willows Mansion onsite at the Atlantic Oceanside. All common gathering areas on the first floor of the mansion are available to all wedding guests to gather at any point during the weekend! Come on over!
