We have been known as the comedy cousins, dumb and dumber, and probably many other names that I don’t want to disclose. From getting in trouble together to using each other as alibis we have stuck together since ’95. I don’t know how I would have gotten through school life without him. He has constantly supported me, encouraged me, and prayed for me! One of the smartest, funniest, nerdiest guys I know!

From helping me pick my classes in school to me being his barber we’ve gone from hating each other to growing closer than either of us probably ever wanted to be. At family prayers Jay Chachen, Nidhin, and I are not allowed to sit next to each other because everyone knows we’ll find something to laugh about and end up getting in trouble. You can find a piano at his fingertips and his head in a bible at most times. And for all my single ladies out there he’s single and ready to mingleeeeee!

We have spent most our life eating wings and having deep conversations. You can spot this man a mile away in his fitted Adidas track pants, t-shirt, and MTV hat.

Shain.Shain.Shain.Shain.Shain. I don’t know if the word count will let me finish all my thoughts about this boy. Shain is my little cousin who moved from the middle east about 7 years ago. This boy made me assume somewhat of a fatherlike position when he moved here. I had to teach him it wasn’t cool to wear his pants above his belly button and had to work on his accent with him…Well I did the best I could. Although some days he makes me want to pull my hair out, I couldn’t have wished for a better little brother. Without a doubt he’ll say something to make me laugh every day. You can catch him either laying in bed scrolling away on his phone or double bagging groceries at HEB.

I knew Tom when he was just a weee boy from Kottayam with a head too big for his body rocking his pink chappals and all he wanted to do was go to Corger (Kroger) in my dad’s adipoli vandi (2004 Toyota Sienna). I’ve watched this boy grow into a responsible young man over the past few years, and I couldn’t be prouder of who he has become. As he is going off to college I can’t wait to see what God has in store for him.

For having no knowledge of cars, but still working on our cars together, and for other stuff that well iykyk. I think I first realized that we had gotten old when Joby and I were discussing stock options and investment opportunities. You’ll see this man perfecting his beard, lifting weights, or behind a computer checking his stocks. This man is one of the strongest, hard working guys I have ever met. Y ’all need a laugh? Find my guy Richy! His jokes may not make you laugh, but his laugh definitely will. Richy, Joby, and I were a part of the original crew! From doing jalapeno challenges, while our dads were playing volleyball, to planning elaborate sleepover proposals for our parents, we’ve spent most of our childhood together. From our diaper days to discussing taxes and stock options I think it’s safe to say we’ve grown up quite a bit. But we’ll always be the same goofy immature guys we always were, although I don’t know if we could still do those jalapenos challenges. You also better stay on your toes with auditor Richy George, CPA (in the making) out here in these streets.

Devan was one of my first friends in Victoria, TX. I’ve had the pleasure of being roommates with him for a number of years and the pleasure of standing next to him at this wedding. Throughout college, Devan and I have had our own share of adventures. Pulling all nighters to study for a test for a class we’ve never been to, waking up early to go to Houston for a day, making a rash decision to drive to Houston because one a loved one was being messed with ;) In the few years that I’ve known him he’s pushed me to work harder, to be financially responsible, and has taught me just a little bit of Spanish!

From the moment I met Joslyn I was told that Justin is a man of a few words and that is the truest statement I’ve ever heard. However, I’d be lying when I say I don’t find enjoyment that it annoys Joslyn that Justin enjoys talking to me more than he does her!
