Things To Do

Some of our favorite Buffalo features to check out while you're here.

Elmo's Bar and Restaurant

The best wings you'll ever have. Trust us. A large order of Elmo's wings accompanies us back to Albany every time we find ourselves in Buffalo for a few days. Get the double-dipped with Cajun and your favorite level of hot sauce.

Buffalo RiverWorks

359 Ganson Street, Buffalo, NY 14203

Huge bar/restaurant/event center in Downtown Buffalo, right along the Niagara River. There's more than just food too, including axe-throwing, high ropes course, brewery tours, and plenty more. They hold a ton of different events there as well, from music festivals to roller skating nights. Check out the website for anything that might be going on the weekend you're in town!

Village of Hamburg

35 Main St, Hamburg, NY 14075

Head to Main Street in Hamburg and walk along the strip for a perfect Sunday stroll through the quaint village.

Niagara-on-the-Lake

Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, Canada

If you're making your trip into a long weekend, a day trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake is a perfect activity! A bit far if you're staying in Hamburg near the venue, but this quick jump over the border is definitely worth checking out. There are beautiful wineries, boutique shops, the CFX chocolate factory you can tour, and plenty of lake-side restaurants.

Buffalo AKG Art Museum

The Albright-Knox Art Museum is a Buffalo staple for anyone interested in modern and contemporary art.
