Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will both take place at Back Creek Golf Club. The address is: 101 Back Creek Drive Middletown, De 19709 Phone: (302) 378-6499 Website: backcreekgc.com P.S. Weather permitting, our wedding will take place outside. Please dress for weather and comfort.

What is Garden Formal Attire?

Answer

"Dress to impress" but we want you to be comfortable, too! Ladies: Sundresses, maxidresses, or cocktail dresses. Heels are fine but please note you will be walking on grass! Wedges, sandals, or flats are all fine, too! Gents: Summer suits or sports jacket, lightweight slacks, button-up shirts & tie.

When are RSVPs due?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 7.

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We are planning to start the ceremony promptly at 5 pm. We suggest planning to arrive at the venue 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow you to find your seat and get settled.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest" then yes, if not, we'd prefer if it was just you.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your kids, in order to allow all guests (including parents) a night of relaxation and fun, we kindly request that you leave the littles at home and use our wedding as an excuse for a date night!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We've secured a block of rooms at Hampton Inn Middletown. To take advantage of the group discount you must book by August 7. Please see the Travel tab for more info.

Where can I park? Can I leave my car at the venue overnight if I decide to drive?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. You can absolutely leave your car in the parking lot overnight.

Is there a shuttle to & from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Where are you registered?

Answer

Please know that your love and company on our wedding day is the only thing we could ask for! However, for friends and family that have expressed an interest, we've created an online registry at Zola, Target and Bed Bath & Beyond. Please see our Registry tab for details!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Of course! We just ask that you refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We want our photographers to get the best shots as we say "I Do!" We promise to share pictures from the ceremony as soon as we have access to them.
