Yes! We were married at the Baltimore City courthouse on September 20th, 2024, and we are excited to celebrate with you all this October!
The Cabin is where we dress comfortably for the weather and activity-of-the-day, and we'd like to keep with that vibe for our event! ~Picture this~ You're headed to a pumpkin patch for a nice fall afternoon with your family. You might take some pictures to remember the day, so you look cleaned up a bit but you also have functional shoes to help walk over those pesky pumpkin vines and uneven ground. It also might be chilly or rainy so you have a cozy jacket at the ready. The outfit you wear to the pumpkin patch - wear that on October 25th! Leave the fancy attire (suits, dresses, loafers, heels, etc.) at home, and show up in your favorite flannel or "fall 'fit"!
The Cabin has very limited parking. We encourage everyone who plans to stay at the Holiday Inn or surrounding hotels to take the bus. For others that will need to drive to the Cabin, please reach out to Nathan, Christine, or Al Valentine to make accommodations.
Yes! There will be school buses to take everyone from the Holiday Inn to the Cabin and back home after the event. One bus will leave the Holiday Inn at 3:45 PM and the other will depart shortly behind at 4:00 PM. One bus will head back to the hotel around 8:30 PM for folks that wish to retire early.
We will have a four-person bathroom trailer and a handicap Porta-Pot for the event.
While the Cabin is a private residence, guests cannot bring their own alcohol for consumption to the Cabin. We will have a bartender that will serve all of the beer and wine. They will make sure everyone has a safe and fun evening! Be sure to bring your ID!
Yep, let us know in your RSVP and we'll make accommodations!
No need to give us a gift - your presence at the Cabin is more than enough! Truly, we just want to celebrate with you! But if you feel so inclined, take a look at our registry page for more information about our funds.
Shoot us an email at csauerbrunn@gmail.com! We'd love to address any other questions that we haven't thought of.
