Villa Catignano
The wedding celebration will take place at Villa Catignano from July 23rd to July 25th. Accomodations are available on site for everyone, and we would love for all of our friends and family to join us there. Villa Catignano is located just outside of Siena, in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Villa Catignano is set within 600 acres of flourishing vineyards and olive groves. Built in the 17th century, it once was a chianti wine vineyard and olive oil farm. It is located about 15 minutes by car from Siena center, and is in close proximity to other popular cities and towns- Florence, San Giminano, Monteriggioni, and Arrezzo. The property is comprised of the villa itself as well as self-catered farmhouse apartments. All accommodations on the property are equipped with kitchens or kitchenettes. There are beautiful gardens where all of the wedding weekend activities will take place, as well as a swimming pool overlooking the Tuscan countryside.
Siena
Take a short drive to Siena, a romantic city with medieval architecture. Siena's grand cathedral, built in the 1200s, is a stunning architectural marvel. Visit the Piazza del Campo, the main town square, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and filled with restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing.
